This Officer, who served in His Majesty's battleships, cruisers and submarines during the last war, has served at sea throughout the war as Engineer-in-Charge of machinery in corvettes, minesweepers and frigates. He has at all times been an example to those serving under him and at no time has his ship been delayed because of engine defects."
